报告人Speaker：Ning Su

题目Title：Navigating Qualitative Research: From Philosophical Paradigms to the Chinese Context

摘要Abstract：Qualitative research represents an influential genre of scientific inquiry. Designing and executing qualitative research that is both relevant and rigorous, however, can be a challenging and complex process. This talk explores the philosophical foundations of qualitative research, examines different approaches, and focuses on unpacking positivist qualitative research as an example. Finally, the study discusses opportunities of qualitative research in the age of digital disruption, as well as qualitative research with Chinese characteristics.

报告人简介Biography：Professor Ning Su is Associate Professor in General Management, Strategy and Information Systems at the Ivey Business School, Canada. He is an expert on global innovation and sourcing strategies, and qualitative research methods. His work explores the transformation of firms and markets in the digital age, based on in-depth case studies in diverse sectors across the Americas, EMEA, and Asia Pacific, especially China. Professor Su's research has been published in top journals such as the MIS Quarterly and the MIT Sloan Management Review. Currently, he serves as associate editor for Information Systems Research, among other major journals.

Professor Su is the recipient of Poets & Quants’ “40 Most Outstanding Business School Professors Under 40,” the inaugural Early Career Award of the Association for Information Systems, Giarratani Rising Star Award runner-up with the Industry Studies Association, Best Article Awards of the Decision Sciences Institute and IBM Global Research. He has also authored a collection of Ivey cases and regularly leads case workshops for universities and institutions around the world. Professor Su holds PhD from New York University's Stern School of Business, and has taught in top programs in China, Denmark, Finland, NYU Stern, and Cornell University.

题目Title：5M领导力模型

摘要Abstract：领导力的理论和观点令人眼花缭乱，谢克海先生从实践需求出发，提出了一个简明而清晰的框架——5M领导力模型。在5M视角下，领导力已跨越组织边界，领导者不仅要管理好自己、上级、下级和同事，还应该具备管理外部伙伴的跨组织领导力。5M领导力模型将应用于学术新分类、课程新设计以及领导力新评估。

报告人简介Biography：谢克海先生为方正集团总裁兼CEO，中国人民大学商学院客座教授。谢克海先生长期从事企业管理实践与研究，在德国西门子公司工作多年后回归国内企业。在管理实践领域，实现了少有的由外资企业到内资企业跨越，由首席人才官升任大型企业集团总裁兼首席执行官跨越；在管理研究领域，研究成果发表在《哈佛商业评论》《清华管理评论》《南开管理评论》等权威刊物。

报告人Speaker：李纪珍

题目Title：中国科技型中小企业创新创业研究

摘要Abstract：现有的案例研究主要针对大企业，对于中小企业，特别是科技型中小企业如何进行案例研究，以及定性定量相结合的研究？基于多年对科技型中小企业的研究，报告人将全面介绍科技型中小企业如何实现自身的高速成长，科技型中小企业如何与大学或研究机构进行合作创新，以及科技型中小企业如何获取政府创新资源的研究等等。报告人同时以2017年发表在SMJ的一篇论文为例，介绍论文的发表过程，以及制度中介如何为科技型中小企业提供服务。

报告人简介Biography：李纪珍，博士，清华大学经济管理学院副教授，副院长，教育部人文社会科学重点研究基地——清华大学技术创新研究中心研究员兼副主任。1997年，在清华经管学院及汽车系获得双学士学位，2002年，在清华经管学院获得硕士和博士学位。李纪珍老师主要研究领域：技术创新管理、科技政策、项目管理以及中小企业创新创业管理。作为项目负责人主持了20多个项目的研究，包括国家自然基金项目6项，国家科技部项目6项，企业咨询项目8项。参加过40多个项目的研究。

正式发表/录用学术期刊杂志论文90余篇，包括SSCI论文15篇，CSSCI论文32篇。出版著作3部，翻译著作6部，参编著作8部（包括3本英文著作）。获得教育部人文社会科学一等奖一次，省部级科技进步二等奖2次，北京市哲学社会科学一等奖1次，清华大学教学成果一等奖1次，二等奖1次。

报告人Speaker：Carol Hsu

题目Title：Common Weaknesses in Research Papers

摘要Abstract：This talk will focus on common weaknesses in research papers, in particular related to qualitative case research. In the talk, the speaker will discuss the problems of weak research motivation, lack of comprehensive literature review and failure in demonstrating significant theoretical insights.

报告人简介Biography：Carol Hsu is a professor in the Management Science and Engineering Department at Tongji University. She holds a Ph.D. in information systems from the London School of Economics and Political Science. Her current research interest focuses on digital innovation strategy and information security management. Her work has been published in MIS Quarterly, Information Systems Research, Journal of Management Information Systems, Communications of the ACM, and Information Systems Journal. She also serves as senior editor at Journal of Strategic Information Systems and Information Systems Journal, as well as on the editorial board of the Journal of the AIS IEEE Transactions on Engineering Management.

题目Title：Crafting Qualitative Research: From Ideation to Publication

摘要Abstract：This workshop will focus on exploring the process of developing and publishing qualitative research. Crafting cases for both academic journals and practitioner-oriented journals will be discussed. The relationship between research cases and teaching cases will be examined. The workshop will also have an interactive component, where participants can brainstorm different ideas and discuss different projects.
